Household goods, blankets and crockery can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and carpets and rugs within 30 days, unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons food, dairy, dry milk products, dehydrated fruits and opened soap or shampoo are final sale and cannot be returned. If something arrives damaged or past its date, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
