Kalleh UF White Cheese is a soft, creamy white cheese made by ultrafiltration, the everyday breakfast cheese of Iran. Kalleh, one of the country's leading dairy brands, packs it in a sealed tub with a mild, lightly salty taste and a smooth, sliceable texture.
In Iran it is eaten as nan-o-panir: white cheese with warm bread, walnuts, cucumber, tomato and fresh herbs such as mint and basil.
