A good Irani kambal has long been part of a Pakistani bride's jahez, and this wedding set makes the tradition easy. It pairs a king-size heavy mink blanket with two matching pillow covers, in rich maroon or gold with an elegant floral design, packed in a presentable box ready for the dowry display or a mehndi gift.
The blanket is thick, silky and warm enough for winters in Quetta, Peshawar or the northern areas, while the matching covers pull the whole bed together. It is also a thoughtful gift from parents or relatives to a newly married couple setting up their first home.
