Delester is a sparkling malt beverage from Behnoush Iran, and it is completely non-alcoholic and halal. It is made from barley malt but contains 0.0% alcohol, so you get a refreshing, lightly malty taste with no alcohol at all. In Iran it is a popular drink to serve with meals.
